I love working at our Northampton office, because I get to know our customers on a first-name basis and feel more invested in helping them than when I used to work at a call center. Since high school, I’ve worked in a variety of customer service environments, and each one has allowed me to gain confidence in asking the right questions to help my customers. In my free time, I’m constantly reading or planning my next day trip with my boyfriend and our small dog. I’m a foodie who loves a variety of cuisines, and one of my favorite restaurants is Mi Havana in Emmaus. One day I’d like to travel to different countries.
